Jrue Holiday recorded 25 points and seven assists and backup Scoot Henderson also scored 25 points as the Portland Trail Blazers notched a 124-114 victory over the visiting Utah Jazz on Friday night.
Donovan Clingan registered 21 points and 15 rebounds as the Trail Blazers completed a four-game season sweep of the Jazz. Deni Avdija added 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds and Sidy Cissoko had 14 points off the bench for Portland.
Brice Sensabaugh made six 3-pointers for the second straight game while scoring 31 points for the Jazz, who lost for the 10th time in 12 games. Cody Williams added 19 points and seven rebounds, Isaiah Collier had 17 points and nine assists, Kyle Filipowski tallied 11 points and Elijah Harkless produced 10 off the bench.
Utah played without Keyonte George (right hamstring), who was injured during Wednesday's loss to the New York Knicks.
Portland shot 51.7% from the field, including 17 of 46 from 3-point range. Henderson made five treys and Holiday sank four.
The Jazz made 45.2% of their shots and were 13 of 30 from behind the arc.
Sensabaugh was keeping Utah in the game and he hit a short turnaround jumper to leave the Jazz down 108-103 with 4:34 remaining.
Holiday and Henderson responded with consecutive treys to give Portland an 11-point lead with 3:28 left.
Utah trailed by seven before Avdija scored two baskets during a 6-0 run that pushed the lead to 124-111 with 54.6 seconds to play as the Trail Blazers closed it out.
Henderson scored 18 first-half points to help Portland hold a 66-58 lead at the break. Sensabaugh had 15 points in the half for the Jazz.
Utah jumped out to leads of 16-4 and 33-15. The Jazz were up 38-22 before the Trail Blazers ripped off 20 straight points -- the last six of the first quarter
and first 14 of the second -- to take a four-point lead.
Portland led by 11 later in the half and held a 72-60 lead early in the third quarter after Grant's 3-pointer. The Jazz rallied to within two later in the period before trailing 95-89 entering the fourth.
